The summer season is the perfect time to loosen up and have fun with your wardrobe. Why not mix your funkiest prints and boldest colors? Mixing prints and colors is a science that most people don’t have down pat *cue tacky mixing of leopard and zebra prints or failed color blocking attempts that make you look like a stack of Legos*. No worries, Paper magazine has got you covered with “Get Busy, Get Dizzy”, their latest editorial styled by Elizabeth Thompson and photographed by Emily Shur. There is no need to go as overboard with the Acne, Kenzo, or Marni found in Paper which is primarily for an eye grabbing aesthetic, but just take heed of the mixed colors and prints in the same color family. This spread is also great for sampling similar patterns and colors you might notice in your own wardrobe and how you can successfully mix and match and accessorize them.
